Android: phone or emulator
AIWeavio can drive an Android device directly: taps, swipes, hardware buttons and typing. It works both with a real phone over USB and with an emulator on the computer. This section is on the PRO tier.
Connecting
- On the phone, enable developer mode and USB debugging (an emulator does not need this).
- Connect the phone by cable and confirm that you trust the computer on the device screen.
- Add the connect block to your scenario — it returns the device screen size.
- From there, use the tap, swipe, button and typing blocks.
Why it is convenient
- The device does not need to be the active window: commands go straight to it while you keep working on the computer.
- Your real mouse and keyboard stay free the whole time.
- Coordinates can be taken from the device as they are, or recalculated from the emulator window — so image search and neural networks work the familiar way.
- Image search and text recognition apply to an emulator screen exactly as they do to any other window.
